Should I just get wrap around implants then I was thinking some form of osteotomy to correct the asymmetry but it might be too risky

You biggest and only falio judging by this frontal is the IPD, it prevents you for being more GL. I wouldnt touch any surgery now if I were you, again judging by frontal, maybe profile shows something fixable.

There is a possability, thats why i always tell people that you need to correct the "bone" itself not the teeth. extractions can significicantly fuck ur face up

Yea, I morphed myself and it was brutal how small changes can make or break you.

Hardest thing to fix would be to widen mouth.
