No philtrum is ok it's just your jaw is kinda narrow and lacks angularity. I think maybe if you tried some chewing appliances/mastic gum to get masseter hypertrophy it would look better but idk if they work

Your top lip is deformed and almost nonexistent, philtrum is only half the problem

Inject hyaluronic acid to fix the lip shape, it'll get plump and the philtrum size will decrease/be less noticeable

look at this example, left is before and right is after. His philtrum got smaller and his lips have a proper shape.

this lady is another example, she already has good lips but they just get better and her philtrum length decreases with the injection,

Now look at your lips

you see the problem?
