Can someone please enlighten me on chewing

Is it actually cope or legit? I have quite a low gonial angle, but still zygos wider than lower jaw, so I would like to increase the width of my masseter to make up for it. Is there actually validity to chewing or does it work in the same sense mewing "works" where people anglefraud or simply just go through puberty?

Can you do it after puberty and whats the timespan to see changes?

Been chewing during my roid and MK cycle and have 0 gains on week 4. Only thing is I can flex my masseters a lot easier now.

Idk bro, what i know is i havent chewed a lot growing out and my gonial is high :'(

Of course it works, for masseter hypertrophy at least. You need to chew a lot though and engage the masseter correctly

Falim gum every 2nd day. Same as I do with all other muscles and have gained 23 lbs of muscle so far during cycle. No results in masseters yet.
 
you need to engage the lower masseters
then your jaw will look angular and sharp

if you hypertrophy the middle masseters you will look like a bloated potato. and you should not engage the front part of the temporalis.

this is done by chewing correctly

by the way, it will increase bone. as the muscle gets bigger and wider so does the bone. the bone accompanies the muscle growth pretty much

What part of the masseter engaged is when chewing is mostly determined by the jaw position I'm pretty sure tbh

chewing with a forward motion with the jaw even slightly jutting will activate the lower masseters way more. also do NOT do a chin tuck while chewing.
putting your finger on the lower masseter also helps because it improves mind muscle connection

you can also use electrical stimulation on the lower masseters while chewing.

And what kind? Mk4 or 7?
 
I like chewing tobacco. You don't really chew it though. You wedge it between your teeth and your lip.

From my experience, I had a massive chewing gum addiction between like 16-20 could never stop chewing gum, this was way before I even knew about lookstheory. I just used normal gum but I'd basically put three pieces in and chew on it the whole day (take out between meals, I know gross)

My jaw got noticeably bigger but now looks odd cause of my pencil neck, gonna gym max to fix.

I don't know how effective post growing chewing will help cause I did it earlier on. It would make sense that it would still help cause the masseter muscle will grow and give a more square jaw appearance from the front.

Chewing is not cope at all, there’s so many studies out there on how it can produce bone remodelling over time, how your jaw bones are affected by chewing and can bring the ramus down, plus thins out your cheeks and reduces neck fat. There’s a guide on here that’s on one of the front pages about which teeth trigger what parts of your face which helped me fix my bad oral habits. I wish I chewed more when I was younger, i barely ever ate during my teen years apart the occasional dinners. I can’t tell if my jaw is setback or if I have atrophied masseteers 😔 I defo know id have a slayer lower third and my gonial angle would’ve been not as dogshit if I wasn’t so retarded about this shit when I was younger, I’ve seen people here after puberty get masculine jaws but you gotta take a shit ton of bone supplements
