1. Lift heavy weights 8-12 reps 4-5, sets, always start with biggest lifts first like bench, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, barbell curl, tricep skullcrushers
2. Dont bulk ever, eat at small calorie surplus to boost muscle growth, eat healthy foods not junk food, 1 gram of protein per bodyweight a day
3. Never do 5X5 ( powerlifting ) or high reps, always 8-12 reps
4. Lift 5 days a week minimum, do cardio to help burn fat build endurance, walk treadmill at max incline for 20-30 minutes 3x a week
5. Dont take steroids until you build a natty base first, only take Test first time, dont take fucking Tren its not worth it
Test is all you need, if you need more gear use Winstrol or EQ, DONT TOUCH TREN EVER EVER EVER
