I rate you as MTN facially due to poor skin quality
You need to trim your beard better and have better skin quality. Dermarolling 0.5mm once a week and having a very basic skin care routine is the most easy fix to become HTN. HTN + blue eyed in asia is literally Chadu Whitu Cocku

There isn't much that can be done other than that. You can throw in some hyaluronic acid just after dermarolling but that temporary collagen.
You can buy EGF on aliexpress for a few bucks. it's basically collagen in a bottle but there is a lot of scammers.
Other than that, there exist plenty of ways but they are very annoying or expensive to maintain.
