Something about your face confuses me. It looks like if you were to just change the proportions you'd be a Chad

Yes mustache, could do a lip lift as well. I have a long one too. That’s ur biggest flaw imo just focus on the basics like coloring and bloating

its the eyes
asymmetrical + lower eyelid sagging

MTN, you could get significant improvements, maybe reach high HTN. Your bizygomatic width is not proportional to your bigonial width, giving your lower third a very heavy appearance, so you kinda look like an eggplant. You also have a noticeable orbital asymmetry in your face, making your left eye and eyebrow be lower than the other side.

Your philtrum's on the longer side, but I would attribute that to your lack of upper lip volume. Your skin shows some signs of redness and an uneven tone, which you should address as well.

Outside of that, you could definitely debloat and get learning, improve your lashes as well.

When it comes to coloring the easiest solution is using carotenoids (beta-carotene or lycopene for example), these will accumulate underneath your skin with time, don't worry too much about that though, coloring is not significantly up there when it comes to attractiveness.

As for acne, cleanser, sunscreen, moisturizer and some form of retinoid (strongest one you can over the counter is adapalene 0.1% recommend that since your acne is not severe). Use sunscreen during the day and a retinoid at night, use a moisturizer if your skin needs it, but it's often not a necessity if you're using a gentle cleanser. The retinoid may fix most of your issues with blemishes and dark spots, if it doesn't then you may want to look into acids, vitamin C and hydroquinone as a last option.

An orbital asymmetry is very, very tricky to fix and sadly almost always requires some form of surgical intervention. What interventions are required will depend on how bad is your issue, and that only a surgeon can tell. Don't be scared of getting botched either, that only happens when people try to cheap out on surgeries by going to questionable reputation ones in other countries, listen to what your doctor advises and don't get stupid procedures you don't need.

For example, if you were to get something like jaw angle implants in Pakistan or something, that's likely going to botch you, because you have a wide jaw already, and who the hell gets surgery in Pakistan? But getting something like an orbital floor asymmetry fixed, is high ROI and most likely safe, depending on what doctor you approach.
