you should grow out your hair a bit more because your face is like an upside down triangle, it needs thickness at the bottom near the neck/chin

I don't really like my hair like that I've had it like that before when I was younger and it was awful

no. its the other way around. an overbite extends your philtrum. You should fix that if possible, through a dentist/orthodontist or whatever. Also, your neck is really narrow, you should try working out or something. right now there's just not enough material to move around or work with.
