Get some temporary tattoos, you will know what looks good in you and what doesn't, zero drawbacks and they are really cheap.

I think you have a lot of mass already, maybe a little bit of pecs and abs/obliques, otherwise just maintain I would say.

I'm not flexing my abs in that picture I am in the second and that guy is even leaner than me but he is so lean that he wouldn't fill out his clothes I'm close to the sweet spot where I can be lean but still fill out

To be fair he makes a good point with that money analogy. Just because face is more important doesn't mean a good physique won't benefit you or at least give a little boost. Besides the benefits of developing a good physique go beyond attracting women because it helps you develop a strong mind to keep pushing and it also has many health benefits when you do it naturally like I have.

On average I only spend 5 hours a week in the gym and there are 168 hours in a week so if you do the math you would see that I only spend about 3% of my weekly time in a gym. That means I am doing other things 97% of the time.
From my personal findings I see that a good physique is attractive to women and I think the science agrees.

How can one achieve this physique
start out as a skinny lean twink, workout regularly till you reach it while staying lean and not falling for bulking meme, perhaps getting some ab etching, then maintaining it with working out 1-2 times a week

workout regularly till you reach it while staying lean
If you start out skinny and then try to put on muscle while still staying lean you will just end up spinning your wheels endlessly.
Body recomposition works best for fat people or people on enough steroids and other PEDs.

@CT03 if you are already skinny you will need you be in a moderate calorie surplus, of about 250-500 calories, which is colloquially termed as 'bulking' and also taking in sufficient protein which is 0.82g per pound of goal bodyweight to put on enough muscle in a reasonable time frame.
With regards to training you need to deeply fatigue a specific muscle group by going to failure while using proper form, range of motion, and rep cadence.
With regards to recovery you need to be getting 8 hours of good quality sleep every night.
With regards to supplementation 5-10g of creatine monohydrate and some other minor supplements maybe slightly beneficial.

Actually you just need to do 1-4 sets per week per muscle to get 64% of the muscle mass results you could have as a beginner doing 10 sets.



I'm doing this and I have seen a lot of improvement in the past 2 months, family noticed as well.

It must take me 1 hours per week bc I do supersets and only train when my brother does, he bought wheigts, bench, squat rack and some other stuff for us to train at home.

It's less effort, more efficient and less expensive in a period of 2 years.

I have wide shoulders but also wide hips and a small waist aka hourglass figure... I know it's bad if you wanna look masc but I was born this way, not much I can do to change it.
