For body fat: caloric deficit, you don't need drugs to achieve that easily as fuck. Intermittent fast in the morning, eat calorically sparse foods instead of calorically dense foods, get some form of cardio in. Don't do a steep cut otherwise you're going to lose a greater proportion of muscle mass alongside bodyfat than you would from a more gentle cut.
For water weight / bloating: HIIT, jogging, sauna. Dietarily, high sodium / carb intake attribute to more water weight / glycogen / bloating / whatever, so don't be consuming a disproportionate amount of carbs to protein/fat. Also, you can consume more potassium and less sodium to mitigate bloating, but personally I have never cared so much as to do that.
