I heard they simulate the sun and can help with skin/acne. I always get depressed during the winter and I've heard this can cure winter depression.

Can someone recommend me one ideally on amazon?

Nope but it gets very cold here regardless. I don't go outside as much during the winter.

I don't know shit about red lights but you can try eating the natural local diet that your ancestors ate for hundreds of years as depression is a symptom of poor nutrition... I asked if you are Scandinavian/Northern European because they got little sun there so they had to supplement it with a good diet (animal foods with lots of saturated fat and micronutrients)...

Same goes for the Eskimos.

I mean there are multiple reasons. Biggest being we are lazy in 1st world countries and don't need to go outside.

In the past people still went outside when it was cold so they still got sunlight. But if its cold as balls I am not going for an hour walk.

I would try changing the diet, red lights seem unnatural, idk they could emit some kind of radiation or something (don't know anything about them so I could be wrong/talking out of my ass tbh).

Anyway: if you are interested, just read some posts on this website Aajonus.Online and, if you like it, download his books "We Want To Live" (read this one first) then his recipe book "The Recipe For Living Without Disease"... It changed my life and I'm going full-Primal Diet once I have an income.

Yeah my diet is kinda fucked. But I think winter depression is a real thing. Human need a certain amount of sun daily vitamin D helps a bit. But its a thing your body does to set internal clocks

Red light therapy uses the same frequency as certain sunlight waves.

That's the point: diet can make up for a poor sunlight intake, with countries that barely get any sunlight being an example...

Even in the past people got an hour of sunlight bare minimum a day. You might not think it but sun waves get through clouds if its day and storming/raining your body can still detect light waves.

There was no such thing as getting zero sun for days on end.

But 1 hour of dim sunlight may not be enough... Just what I think, sure there is data on that but I need to look it up so I can bring it to you: I'm going to sleep rn so I will answer here when I wake up 🤩

If it works 370 is a fair price.
So wait can you link the product on Amazon...
it's not on amazon, it's called
Mz Skin Light Therapy Golden Treatment Mask

so it's a mask, I'm not sure if you're looking for that or for full body

i read good reviews about this

and it's only 100$
