So my teeth are already crooked af. My jaw is also tilted, so the teeth on one side are higher up than the teeth on the other side.

If I want to get braces, all dentists are basically suggesting pulling my top teeth into my mouth, so I'm thinking surgery would be the more appropriate way to go, but what do you think?

Well I'd have to fly there. Is there any way to get consultation just by providing pictures? Like get a general idea of what should be done so you can figure out approximately how much the surgery will cost
