I used subliminals for 10 years. It's pretty much cope, it has absolutely no scientific evidence and all the foids on reddit claiming they changed their face are lying, it's almost always going through puberty, different lighting or angle or bf loss.

that being said, I saw some nice results back then from people changing their eye colour which looked legit tbh.
I had the feeling it made my overall appear better, but it always reversed and I think it was just placebo after all
