Side is cope, unless it's like a significant underbite or something that signals bad health it'll matter.

Lower BF% is the only soft thing you can do, otherwise you're pretty much capped. Health indicators are already taken care of, eyebrows are decent, etc.

Eyelashes may help actually, contacts maybe but if they're unnatural looking to women (which a lot of them are) you will look like an insecure autist.

Hardmaxxing you should really only consider once you're 10-12% BF. Your bone structure doesn't have any obvious problems that I can pinpoint a surgery towards.
