I’m not gonna need Limb lengthening but I’m curious if you can do martial arts after it. There are martial arts like Muay Thay, a sport where you clash shins with opponents to block leg strikes. People’s leg power is BRUTAL in this sport. If you’re constantly hitting the point where they lengthened your legs, are you at a big risk?

You can do it after you recover yes

yes, after about a year of getting modern LL surgeries you are almost back to full capacity. you can being weightbearing the day after the surgery too.

The old fixation methods will criple you, the modern nail method does not.

but we must continue spread the idea LL cripples in mainstream so less people get it.

after a year you can use androgens and GH to increase bone density if you want. There are xrays which can tell you the boen density of the new sections releative to rest of the bone

Agreed too much competition if every short dude gets it also you can recover way better than most by just perfecting your diet but almost noone who gets ll does that
