Can sun age you if you tan with something over your face?

I want to tan my body, my face not so much, but will the x-rays pass through for example my shirt f I out it in my face?

U have a tan in ur skin all ready why do u want more melanin to look darker that’s a failo

Exactly why I want to cover my face, I just want to tan for the vitamin D

I know, I'm talking about the skin on my face though? Unless that's what you mean, which doesn't make sense to me

Well, if you damage 95% percent of your liver do you think the remaining 5% will look and function the same?

Interesting take, there was a study where a truck driver was exposed to sun only on one side of his face. The other side of his face was fine because the sun hadn't touched it.

It's not adding up

Well yeah, anybody can get a tanline. And one side of his face is a very small percentage of his body. He might be more likely to developed skin cancer on that side of his face, but the damage to his skin would have been equality distributed throughout his entire body. It would have been small though because one side of his face isn't a very big surface area.

By damage what do you mean? Wrinkles? If so he only had significant wrinkling on the side the sun hit

I'm talking about aging. And yes, the place that was in direct sunlight will sustain more damage, but that doesn't mean the rest of his body didn't absorb any damage either.
