Can taping your lip overnight over a long period of time give it more projection permanently?

i mean doing something like this but with tape over night, can the skin fold and stay that shape, giving more lip projection?

Learn proper lip seal, help with chin projection to a bit

Bros i want to increase my lip projection aswell as my appeared lip volume, i have good lips but the thing is the skin surrounding it is too tight so it hides them, i want to bend and curl that part of my bottom lip over some time 3-6 months, in hope it stays there permanently, temporarily i know it will work

is this a stupid idea? What do you guys think?
