At 26 she is already 10 years past her prime.

I don't know what standards she has but this is likely her problem. Assuming you take out everyone that is under the age of 28, that probably rules out a huge number already. I don't know exactly what the numbers are in australia, but I found that people aged 25-34 make up 14% of the population.
She only wants males (likely), so let's assume that she dates up to 40, and then we have to half that number. That leaves roughly 10% of the population.

What other standards does she have? I do not know. Maybe height? Men over 6' are around 15% of the male population in the west, but we already narrowed it down, because of age. 15% of those 10% probably narrows it down even more. Let's be generous and say 2% of the population maybe even fits that.

That being said, we have not done much here. We have now set an age range of 25-40 and a height of 6'+. Looks, personality, etc. did not even enter the equation yet.
These odds are incredibly bad. I don't know if she has any other requirements, but she should probably tone it down a notch.
