ive heard of surgeries that raise the hyoid but its quite invasive. A low body fat should get rid of the double chin but that depends on genetics and it might need you to be an 8% or lower so just leanmaxx and then decide what surgeries you want to get to improve jawline

A chin implant can improve it, so can a genioplasty.

But if you want a larger correction then no.

A recessed chin can either be caused simply by to few chin bone.

Or by an underbite:

Left is normal, right underbite.

If an underbite is the reason it would make sense to correct the underbite and then ad a implant ontop if still necessary.

If I may correct, right is a an increased overjet (and an class II malocclusion), although I’ve noticed that in English it’s commonly called overbite

An implant won’t probably do much in terms of a jawline.


if you decide to have jaw surgery it would be an upper and lower jaw surgery, and you’d probably need some type of orthodontic treatment. If your bite is more or less ok now, you could be a candidate for having only Invisalign and just after surgery.
