2 times doing some weight + 1 day doing cardio and yoga

is this enough boys to get to my goal?

Healthy diet and exercising 2-3 times a week with yoga and cardio will do it I think

I would go for a three day full body routine, its the most optimal routine for beginners and will accentuate all the major muscle groups like the guy you posted. Check out my post on leanmaxxing.

Yes, the guy in that picture is not really jacked he just has low body fat. If you workout an hour (lifting weights) twice a week and dont eat too much you could definitely get a body like that

But his face = lean; so most women will know he ain't skinnny fat through his face. But really low % fat, and lean. Som probs it still works out fine.

I train 4 times a week, but if you're beginner I recommend 2-3 times and with proper dieting/decent genetics/exercise you will get this in 2 months.

Can I get this from doing bodyweight?
Not familiar iwth bodyweight exercises, generally think it's cope since weights exists. But his physique is really easily achieved by lifting weights 2 times a week (do full body workouts each session, meaning you hit every muscle group. That way you basically get 2 sessions for chest, shoulder, arms, legs etc each week.

He needs to put on something that fits tight. so it shows off he is toned. And not skinny fat.
