Not familiar iwth bodyweight exercises, generally think it's cope since weights exists. But his physique is really easily achieved by lifting weights 2 times a week (do full body workouts each session, meaning you hit every muscle group. That way you basically get 2 sessions for chest, shoulder, arms, legs etc each week.lifefuel
