Can tret shrink your nose?

I’ve got a pretty bulbous nose and it’s got a bunch of blackheads. Can tret slim it down? What are the results like?

no, just start with more moisturizer less tret and gradually work your way up

Maybe but it’s oral not topical. The rest of my skin is fine it’s literally just my nose. I’m not going to go through purging just for this
