Can tretinoin and hydroquinone make my skin like prime Chico?

I have been using Tret for 1 week now, and my skin is becoming dry and more rough than before. I haven't started using hydroquinone because I am too scared to use it directly, as it's not as safe as tret.

Will my skin become like prime Chico? If yes, how long will it take?

I need a 3-4 shades lighter face, an even skin tone, and more collagen and smooth texture just like Chico.
