Can twitching muscles around your eye change your eye shape?

My right bottom eyelid used to twitch a lot cus of my anxiety but I've noticed its a different shape(slightly) on my right eye but i want my eyes to be symmetrical so do you guys have any advice on how i can make them equal? and what even caused the change in shape?
These images r before my eye was twitching almost 4 5 years ago (fairly even)

so if someone where to repeatedly twich their under eyelids could i perhaps change their shape? My eyes didnt twitch much only repeatedly for a short period(1 month)around 1 or 2 years ago. I know find it easier to control the muscles i the eye and find things such winking easier with my right eye.
