Rhino is a very simple procedure, I honestly doubt that the doctors in thailand would be much worse than the ones in america when it comes to this. Turkey has a reputation as a cheap place for more complex surgeries but for things like minor plastic surgery I doubt theres much difference

I don’t know about that. Ukraine is worse than Turkey when it comes to plastic surgeries, Russia is a shithole, Belarus shouldn’t be your first option either. Maybe Baltic countries but they aren’t cheap
