you could do cheek and chin filler chin implants are way less risky and are permanent
fillers can be displaced from contact so if you get fillers you'll have to be careful
buccal removal and a chin implant wouldnt have that risk

Lefort 2 can shorten your midface and increase your FWHR. Laterally placed cheekbone implants (often in combination with jaw angle implants though) also obviously make your FWHR higher.

did you added bone mass to my zygos? and if yes it just looks like massive acne scars no offense
