Can u fix Slightly Negative Canthal tilt

I have a negative canthal tilt but just slightly is there any way to fix this? Would MSE help or is it really looksminimizing?

mse would not help canthal tilt because it would have to raise Whitnalls Tubercle to do that, and i havent seen it happen.

To fix you can do osteotomies and/or soft tissue work such as canthopexy/canthoplasty. Implants could make the area look nicer.
