what do u press? My gyms only go to 50kilo so I can obv rep them for cardio
I usually focus more on hypertrophy rather than strenght itself, so I like stretching my chest the maximum i can

yeah I should’ve gone down the hypertrophy route. I’m obsessed with PRs and shit and as so I’m at like 23% body fat

You can still go to the hypertrophy route bro, specially at 23%. For me its easier losing weight rather than gaining. I was a skinny like guy lmao. Your strenght will help A LOT when stretching, because you can lift more weight when you muscle is in the stretched phase

You wont lose strenght, you just need to separate strenght focused exercises and hypertrophy focused exercises. Maybe it will decrease how fast you can put more weight, but wont make you lose any strenght.

When did you start gym? Maybe you dont even need like bulking now, bulking is usefull when you are like really experienced like 2+ years yk? Its good like controlling the food, neither cutting neither bulking

I started last summer so like 6 months:lul: I’m still in newbie gains
