I've measured myself right out of bed at exactly 187.1 and before bed 185.5cm at my lowest, some people can lose 3cm others just one

-Spine decompression with age:
Why am I shrinking as I'm getting older, and is there anything I can do about it? A. Our height is determined by the length of the leg bones, the spine, and the skull. While the leg bones and the skull remain pretty much unchanged in length after we reach adulthood, our spinal bones (the vertebrae) tend to shrink.

-You could develop worse posture

I mostly lose 1.5 to 2 cm, but on days where I work I can lose 2.5 cm, on those days at night I feel like a compressed hobbit

People typically lose almost one-half inch (about 1 centimeter) every 10 years after age 40. Height loss is even more rapid after age 70. You may lose a total of 1 to 3 inches (2.5 to 7.5 centimeters) in height as you age.
