Idk cuz I never had that problem but this is what chat gpt says

Yes, worn-down or ground-down teeth can be restored using several dental treatments, depending on the severity of the wear. Here are some common options:

Mild Wear (enamel erosion, minor flattening)

• Dental Bonding – Composite resin is applied to rebuild lost structure.

• Enamel Microabrasion & Remineralization – Fluoride treatments or remineralizing agents can help strengthen weakened enamel.

Moderate Wear (dentin exposure, increased sensitivity)

• Dental Veneers – Thin porcelain shells cover the front of the teeth to restore shape and function.

• Crowns or Onlays – If a significant portion of the tooth is lost, a ceramic or porcelain crown can protect and restore it.

Severe Wear (extensive loss, bite collapse, jaw pain)

• Full Mouth Reconstruction – A combination of crowns, veneers, and sometimes orthodontics to restore proper bite alignment.

• Occlusal Splints/Night Guards – Prevent further grinding damage, especially for people with bruxism (teeth grinding).

If your teeth are noticeably worn down, it’s best to see a dentist or prosthodontist to assess the damage and recommend the best solution for your specific case.

I feel you
for now just wear a mouthguard at night and train to keep your jaw muscles relaxed when not eating. Not a lotta solutions to this as of now, sadly.

but don't worry brotha keep your head up
the good guys in japan are already testing drugs for regrowing teeth, solutions for the mkt may be out as early as the 2030s
