Did the electric body scanner and I dropped a fuckton of Bf, i looked in the mirror and compared and Im insanely skinnier with more strength and muscle. despite this the scale says I gained 30-40lbs and I feel massive and slow. I switched from compound lifts to isolated over the past 3 days which is supposed to help from my core and back from hurting but the pain still lingers. My upper and lower back are fried. Will more cardio help with the water retention?
