for context i'm 184 cm and super skinny like 109 lbs. idk much about my fat distribution genetics, but can steady lean bulking add some hooding to my eyes and possibly some under eye support?

that's what i'm trying to do, i just want to reduce my scleral show and moderate uee instead of having to rely on squintmaxxing.

"Trying?"

It's not hard jfl, you can you from skinny to overweight in a month, literally just eat delicious food.

yeah i'll just bulk for a while then cut, seems like the optimal choice.

109lbs? Bitch wtf

just become obese instead of fat graft theory

jfl for laughs if you think hitting 160 is obese. Bulking and cutting my friend

Dude you need to gain weight ASAP. Majority of the female population weight mog you hard.

I have to gain the weight regardless, I just want to know if there's any hope of acquiring some eyelid fat along the way.

You really don't want to gain 50 pounds in much less than two years if you want to bulk. I know I said in a previous guide that a novice lifter can expect 22 pounds of muscle gain in one year according to the Lyle McDonald model, but in my own personal opinion, that is way too generous. That in two years is more realistic for someone lacking IFBB genetics.

I get that, i know this is gonna be a long grind. I'm just trying to gauge the progress i can make with my facial fullness particularly with the eye area. When i squint they become hooded and i would like to squintmaxx always ideally, however i just started practicing that shit and i don't know how noticeable it'll be to my friends and other people. Anyways, surely my eyes won't have as much uee as i gain more weight over time, i know my fatpads aren't subhuman. My brother is like 130 with good hooding so..
