I was just wondering if yall would give me some pointers.
CJC (DAC) + IPA
BPC
Dihexa
GHK(Derma wont let me get accutane)

What do yall think about CJC (DAC) +IPA is that a bit much? If cjc w out dac is better ill do I but I would prefer only pinning that one time. 16 btw. If you got any suggestions please let me know

What’s a good nootropic then?
Cerberolysin, Adderall
I saw that semax was good but I’m looking for something more long term.
Semax is decent
How should I deal with acne if I can’t get accutane?
Use topical retinoids or just buy Accutane online
If bpc isn’t good for muscle growth than what is?
Peptides in general are pretty useless for muscle growth; steroids are pretty much the only thing with a significant effect.
I saw tnf recommending it so I thought it was good.
Yea usually TNF has good advice, maybe he sold out tho. It does help with joints, though.
can you explain why?
CJC (DAC) + IPA: Mogged by hgh
BPC: Useless if you don't have an injury
Dihexa: Shitty nootropic mogged by many things
GHK: Won't help with acne, and its unlikley you would benefit much from the collagen boost

JFL at this cope stack lmao.

If anything, you should only be getting ghk, reta and MT-2.

I tried for like a year now with topical things. My derma had me on cabtreo. My skin was sensitive, so we swapped to just adapalene which I was also sensitive to. Would accutane be expensive online? Also don’t you need a prescription and blood work?

Is there a peptide that promotes more neural pathways to be built, cause I want to learn things faster (mb if I don’t know what I’m talking about, but I think that’s how you learn things)
Cereberolycin is a peptide blend which does that sort of thing

BPC: Useless if you don't have an injury

Context dependent but those are generally not useless at all.

Agree with the rest.

What’s a good steroid for beginners that doesn’t have like bad side effects. Maybe like test but the thing is I want to grow as much as possible while I still have that year left so I don’t want to take test cause that would increase estrogen which would close my growth plates sooner right? That’s also why I wanted to take cjc cause I thought it had the fastest results. Thx so much for the replies, helping me a lot

Do research beforehand, you know nothing, and you should before injecting anything.

Yea i was bouta say this, you gotta find sources yourself in my opinion. There aren’t really any side effect free steroids also.

I thought I knew a lot but yall are opening my mind. I didn’t rlly research taking test but estrogen is what closes your growth plates and taking test increases estrogen right?

What I normally do for my sbl research is have perplexity pull up pebmed articles then I read them. For peptides it doesnt rlly want to talk about it. What are some things you think I should research first. Like give me your top 3 steroids, nootropics, growth hormone peptides, and anything else you think is good for me to research.

I would just stick to regular gh or mk if you are broke and don’t want to pin. Can’t say i’m super well educated on ghrps tho because there are quite a few.
and anything else you think is good for me to research.
Insulin, diuretics, neurotransmitters in general (how many nootropics work)

I mean my growth plates are about to close so I would like the fastest ones I can. You think ghrp is better than normal hgh? Also taking test wont mess up my growth plates?

Possibly because it can raise estrogen. You can look into it more it’s kinda nuanced.
I extremely appreciate the help. Last time I made a post about this people just called me retarded and didn't respond to me. Im planning on making a google doc w all my research. Its midterm week tmr, so you think if I reply in a bit you will respond and critique my work? I was planning about starting pinning in a month anyway. Thx for helping a grey ll like me

You could easily regulate this through various mechanisms or compounds. Testosterone partially converts to estrogen, but this potential varies a lot between individuals, so you’d need regular bloodwork and monitoring/ adjustment/optimization.
Also, blood levels don’t necessarily match what’s happening at the cellular level. But again, this is just vague basic knowledge, you should be doing your own research.

Start with the basics -> fundamental biology and fixed mechanisms.
From there, you can work your way up, better understand studies, connect the dots, form your own ideas, test them, and, at some point, create individualized stacks.

Also, try to link biological mechanisms to concepts you already know, this makes it easier to truly understand what’s happening and reduces cognitive load in the beginning. Much more effective than jumping straight to complex study data.

You think I really need regular blood work? My parents don't know and they definitely wont support it. I also don't have a car so I cant rlly do it myself. What are some of the basic things you think I should research? I like researching about the body so thx for telling me about this. Whats one of the compounds that prevents the transition to estrogen?

Yes, being able to read and, more importantly, interpret bloodwork is a necessity for using these compounds efficiently and relatively safely.
Ideally, also blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, regular check-ups asf.

Without it, you’re just blindly disrupting your body’s homeostasis. Steroids themselves aren’t expensive, but preserving function/ health is.

What do I do then? How can I go to the doctors without my parents thinking something is up. They are both also doctors so if they ask for the bloodwork themselves I’m cooked also. What do you think is the best course of action? Asking to go then telling the doctor about it and asking him not to tell my parents? How do I go like every other month then or monthly if that’s necessary?

Just go to a free labour. I don’t think there’s an age restriction.

Just one more thing to hide, but as doctors, even assuming they find out, they would certainly be more understanding if you approach this with caution.

Depends. More frequently in the beginning, as you need to adjust and optimise to find a stable baseline.
Then, every 2-3 months. That’s how I did / still do it.

Sorry but what’s a free labor. Is that just a place where I can get my bloodwork done for free? Idk how I’ll get there tho if I have to go in person

Obviously not. It is an independent lab that offers blood tests.
You decide what values you want to test.
You usually get an appointment and then go directly to the lab.
You have to pay for it yourself, so no insurance or doctor approval.

Can I just send them some vials or do I have to go in person? Also what does the price look like? I will prob be making like $850 a month cause I can only work part time cause of school and things like that. You think this is affordable w that + the peptides?

Dawg I may be cooked. I need a guardian to sign a consent form. Also for glucose and blood pressure cant I just do that at home? Also how frequent should I get these check ups, I do it once a year now so like every 3-6 months?
