in a day i start with almond milk and 3 wholemeal biscuits and an apple, then for lunch i eat about 70 g of wholemeal pasta with a carrot another apples plus kiwi banana and pineapples sliced in a pot, and 5 wholemeal cookies with honey and ofc meat, for dinner potatoes or wholemean rice or barley with olive oil, more fruit with honey and chicken or beef

Besides the pineapple and hiney which probably isn’t real it’s not good

add eggs boil/fried at the start of your day

im in late puberty bro i still look like a kid just in this year i started to grow more and getting more features

Replace the grains (pasta, biscuits) with more fruit and incorporate more dairy, meat, fish, and eggs

almond milk and 3 wholemeal biscuits delete this and add raw milk eggs fish and red meat daily
