in a day i start with almond milk and 3 wholemeal biscuits and an apple, then for lunch i eat about 70 g of wholemeal pasta with a carrot another apples plus kiwi banana and pineapples sliced in a pot, and 5 wholemeal cookies with honey and ofc meat, for dinner potatoes or wholemean rice or barley with olive oil, more fruit with honey and chicken or beef
