Can you angle fraud for asymmetry

Not cheekbiting btw I promise but I got an ortho exam on the 15th and I had braces before but stopped wearing retainer and slept on my right side so it ruined my asymmetry. For now I feel like if I angle + lighting fraud I could get away with it but I’m not sure
