3k cal a day would be goodyeah i eat one big meal a day and lean af
depends on ur definition of "a lot"
if thats below ur caloric maintenance then yeah3k cal a day would be good
I only eat clean and would gain weight if I didn’t control myselfJust eat clean foods and I guarantee you will not gain weight.
What the fuck lol. Either you don't eat as clean as you think or something else is wrong. How active are you? Do you workout daily? For me cutting all I do is switch to eating clean and immediately start dropping weight. And that is with me being satiated all day.I only eat clean and would gain weight if I didn’t control myself
I could easily eat 6k calories a day of healthy food like meat, chicken, fish, eggs, butter, sweet potato, raw milk, etc. I’m just constantly hungry 24/7. My maintenance is probably 2500 and I’m now eating 2k to leanmaxx. What the fuck lol. Either you don't eat as clean as you think or something else is wrong. How active are you? Do you workout daily? Look at the context. Majority of people do not track calories. I know you well enough to know how dialed you are based on your gear protocol.
