Chestbrah said he got knocked out at a festival by some hater and he punched him in his jaw. He has fillers too 4ml and it didn't seem any different so if you don't have too much in there you could be fine.

But if your getting work done on your face I have no idea why you would wanna be punched in face lol. Training is fine but I wouldn't spar at all
