you will still absorb them the only reason people do a lot of meals is cuz its easy to spread it out over the day instead of eating 1-2 big meals for most people

Yeah I don’t like eating frequent meals feel like a slave to food

Yes, if you have healthy testosterone Levels, but org users usually don’t have much testosterone, so it’s harder for them to build muscles

yes only thing that matter is calories and protein i know people who only eat one big meal a day

pubmed says the max amount of protein you can absorb is like 25 gr average per meal, so with two you would be absorbing like 50-60 gr. max a day

Yes. The myth that the body can process max 40 grams of proteins per meal was debunked long ago
