I had to quit Planet fitness so I also have a small home gym and decided to buy some resistance bands. They go up to 150 lbs.
I was wondering if they can be part of a serious lifter workout program. I have used a few and I must say they are hard and tough. But I suppose
they will eventually lose durability. Has anyone trained with them?
