Potentially burn fat under the skin, very iffy method though and there is a chance you get a bad reaction to the compound.

You might as well save up for rhino when you get older, it is a very simple surgery and hard to botch if look for the right surgeon and discuss ahead with the man prior to the surgery.

You can always get it older and don't let the taboo aspect of it get the better of you.
