I would not reccomend this unless ur truly a deathly height. The side effects are

• Mood swings, depression, anxiety
• Memory and focus problems
• Poor sleep, insomnia
• Stunted or abnormal bone growth

• Halted or incomplete sexual development (breasts, periods)
