I have been doing it for 2 weeks with a refeed day today. I am scared my heart will stop beating and I will die. how long can you live on 1200 calories for. No troll rsponses high iq users only that have experience with low cal diets

Not at all. I did it for months consecutively (Not lying) with even less (More or less 800 to 900). I even had days of 300 calories and once i fasted for like 40 hours (Was trying to activate one process the body has called autophagy).

1200 calories is nothing to worry about.

jfl if you think you'll die. people can starve for literally months. you might have issue if you're already a really low bf but as long as you're consuming enough water and micro and macro nutrients you'll be fine

thanks. I just get worried when my heart starts beating slower than usual on it haha but its probably just because it doesnt have to work to hellp in the process of digesting food

No. I only gained in surplus. Its impossible to gain without surplus.

Sometimes, but especially weightlifting. In Ramadan i go to the gym just 1 hour or 2 before breaking the fast, which is usually 12-14 hours long more or less.

Just be a little careful on extremely sunny days and such.

I eat 4k eveyday and I’m good. I have also done 1k everyday before and lived. Eating less is a lot harder than eating a lot though

I did 1200 calories for 3 months straight I went from 172lbs(78kg) to 150lbs(68 kg)(lost 22 pounds) I was like extremely overweight with having a belly gut to finally rock a tanktop in the gym with bicep veins, I got recognition from this in the gym since i wore baggy shit. In that time period, I roughly lost 1.69 pounds a week. After a few weeks, I didn't chase the number I just chased the look.

I ate 60% carbs 25% protein and 15% fats like Mike Mentzer preached. I needed a lot of energy and that glycogen so I don't go from burly to skinny fat. Unless you have diabetes or something else weird don't cut out carbs, those carbs is your energy and those carbs go into your muscles.
I did go from like 30%bf to a little under 20%bf with bicep veins
currently I am taking a break from the cut so I can get a little muscle on a one-month bulk but rn i regret it since by the time spring comes I'll still be fat. and 7 pounds heavier.

and one thing to add i just ate what fit my macros which was anything i wanted (ice cream included), just to keep me from feeling like starving or getting cravings and what you need to also do is eat throughout the day instead of all at once.

and another thing to add I didn't do a lot of cardio but I did enough to burn some extra calories off and to be a little bit more athletic, if you play a sport definitely eat more cuz the reason i started this bulk is when i did cardio for my sport i felt like shit doing cardio and fighting people at the same time.
