Can you do buccal fat removal with low BF%?

I have low bf% and not particularly saggy skin in that area.. but is it still possible to do some buccal fat removal? I'm guessing no since I barely have anything to remove but asking just in case. Would be a super easy looksmax. I suddenly have a jaw if I just pull my skin up and back a bit in that area.
