The only thing I can't do is Handstand pushups
Me too, and the piston one. But if I practice I can probably do it in a short time.

Pistol squat you mean? I can do a couple with both legs

I have chicken legs, I almost never work them out except when I occasionally do cardio.

I also have chicken legs, but I have a bit of strength in them

Also you gotta get used to the motion not only strength, balance as well

That's true. Maybe if I try for long enough I'll get it done.

Can do 17 wide grip strict form pull-ups, some pistol squats, 5 muscle ups with some kipping, barely hold a good planche, 5 handstand press-ups.

Had to do progressives for the handstand press ups and planche. Everything else i gained strength from weightlifting so could do them straight away except pull-ups which I do on back and bis day anyway

17 is a lot if you're over 20% body fat. I haven't done a muscle up before. Maybe I should try it sometime. I heard too many bad things about weightlifting to want to start getting into it though.

I’m only between 12-16% bodyfat so that def helps. My lats have always been one of my strong points as well, compared to other parts. For looksmaxing purposes weightlifting is prolly better because you can pack on more muscle in the ideal places quicker if you know what you’re doing. Thing is a lot of callisthenics people are very lean. I’ve never seen a single bloated one like I always see bloated gymcels.
For hobby purposes calistenics>gym it’s just a lot more fun. Like doing muscle ups and flagpoles etc are sick and hard to do. Plus they’re more impressive than muhhh weights to females

It seems like the calisthenics guys have better quality and more condensed muscles than the big weight lifters. I rather look more like bruce lee than zyzz when it comes to how their muscles look. I think body weight exercises are probably better for fighting too. The flag pole move seems impossible to me. These guys can do a lot of hard stunts in their ninja warrior training gym.

Imo a zyzz body would be more ideal for attracting females than Bruce Lee’s although bruce’s is nice. A calisthenics guy will have a more functional body so it’ll help his athleticism and therefore his ability to perform well in sports.

They can both attract females because there's been a trend of foids going after leaner men theses days.

This is the major selling point for me.
