Can you fix low FWHR with a wide IPD?

I have a very narrow fwhr but my ipd is very wide for it. Can i ascend with skull/temple implants, jaw implants, and maybe zygo implants too? (Although i will be careful for them so i dont look gay or uncanny)

yes you can definitely help it, but I don't think you can completely fix it. you could accidentally become super uncanny if you widen jaw and zygos too much

my ipd is fine, my skull is just too narrow for it. thats why im asking if you can fix your narrow skull if your IPD is too wide for it by just getting jaw implants and stuff and widening the rest of your face. your eyes are not too close so it wont look dumb.

if u have narrow fwhr and wide ipd that means ur lacking bizygomatic width u could fix that with zygomatic implants

those have nothing to with fwhr and ipd but if the zygo implants will make ur bigonial and bitemporal witdh unideal/femenine then do em

Zygo implants can look very uncanny and weird though. Also wider skull and jaw frauds a wider face…

Depends on your face in general and your bitemporal width
