I had a lot of muscle a year ago and lost a lot of it from dieting and barely training. Lost 30 pounds.

If I were to go on a lean bulk and start training hard again, would the weight I gain be purely muscle? Would it be smarter to bulk or do a slight lean bulk?

I am prioritizing gaining as minimal fat as possible while getting all my gains back and going up in weight.

The main thing I want is as minimal fat gain as possible.

Do you think I could strictly gain muscle because of muscle memory?

So how many extra calories a day would you say? How much weight should I aim to gain a week?
