most people need perioral mound lipo too though, and I don't know many other drs who do it other than Epplstein

i dont think perioral mound is reallly that big of a deal tbh, i feel like its just some useless add on, surgeons do to increase the price

they did a little but not that much, I have a round face with thick skin so ya.
