Can you get higher cheekbones or create the illusion of higher cheekbones? Is it possible to produce higher-looking cheekbones via implants or fillers? Or can they just added on top of existing bone?

ye, you can look into fat grafting/transfer or the use of solid cheek implants, fillers have also been used to achieve this look but if u wanna go for a more permanent solution look into cheek implants and ask specifically for a cheekbone augmentation, just watch out because some doctor's might fuck you up making you look like a Ken doll

High set vs low set cheekbones is genetic. MSE can improve your cheekbone prominence but you cannot move your cheekbones. Your best option would be implants but you want to make sure that your teeth are alligned properly and you jaw is large enough to properly accomodate your teeth.

There are a few issues with implants, they fuck with the bones they are placed on, they are prone to infection, you could end up looking like a gay alien and they are very expensive.

Basically implants can raise them a bit but would only bring low cheekbones to medium and can bring medium to high. Getting O Pry cheekbones after surgery is not possible unless you went in with fairly high bones already. High cheekbones look good but tons of men with medium and some even with low cheekbones that look really good. It’s more about prominence and the shape of the orbitals since you can have somewhat compact orbitals with low cheekbones if the cheekbones kind of slope downwards away from the eye.

still worth improving via implants. The infraobrital area is actually one of the safest areas to get implants, almost zero risk of infection or bone loss. The big areas that are concerning with implants is the areas near the mouth or jaw angles. The infraorbital area is almost ideal

There is a surgery for CCW rotation of zygos that would make it higher, but it seem especially brutal, they literally cut bone from the orbital region.

I've come to the conclusion that fillers are better for cheekbones as they are more flexible and way less invasive. Can be adjusted over time to suit your face better as well. There are types of fillers that can create a sharper look as opposed to a rounded look. I could be wrong though.

You can also do implants AND fillers to get an extreme augmentation. If you’re starting with no cheekbones that may even be necessary
