I think the poll is useless for this topic, because as you said not everyone can get hunter eyes, it's not black and white. Ignore the poll.

i squint since few months and got hunter eyes, before i didnt squint and had a little bit beta looking eyes, my UEE is almost invisible tho

How many times does this question get asked and how many times do we have to explain that this is a fucking meme and no such thing is possibly surgically? There are literally only 6 cosmetic eye surgeries available and not one of them is called "hunter eyes" surgery. Canthopexy, canthoplasty, eyelid retraction, ptosis, orbital decompression, and upper/lower blepharoplasty. That's fucking it. If a surgeon comes up with some surgery name like "almond eyes" or "cat eyes" or even fucking "hunter eyes", it is still based upon one of those. So shut the fuck up about it already. You will NEVER get "hunter eyes."

Yes but it would most likely look weird on your face because you wouldn’t have the bone mass to support very masculine eyes.

-long pfl
-proportional ipd
-good undereye support
-average hooding (either fat or bone)
-tight lower eyelids

First two are unchangeable.

The last 3 can be fixed somewhat surgically.

i think this is because when you perma squint you're hypertrophying the orbicularis oculi and as the muscle grows your uee tightens up and goes away to a certain degree

IPD can be fixed with MSE, probably 2-3mm so its still a lot
PFL can be increased with Taban, for some shekels he will lenghten your lateral and medial canthus

Well ive got a decent PFL, good IPD, bad undereye (remedied by LER), and hooding. Unfortunately mild NCT and sclera show means eyes are still a failo despite my efforts to improve through sleepmaxxing.
