Implants are better once you have a great base from osteotomies or similar methods.

Just ask @facemaxxed , he got implants but is now unsatisfied, since he’s still very recessed, and implants can only attempt to “mask” his underlying problem, not truly fix it.

mouth area is underrated af - It's so important.

If your mouth is recessed but chin not as it is for me, you get a subhuman smile where it looks like your mouth is collapsing in on your face.

There was a thread on this with pics but cbf finding it.
