If your asymetry its so bad that your part of maxilla is more further grown then its fucking over and no you cannot do shit about It def not lefort on only one side its impossible

one sided lefort one is impossible but the surgeon can simply tilt the maxilla so that one side comes more forward, if your malar region is also asymmetrical he can also put a implant on one of your zygomas to even it out, it’s fine there’s so many asymmetrical cases
