Can you get rid of aspergers

CBT has been used as a way to cure Aspergers, but the main problem is that CBT mainly focuses on fixing insecurities and self esteem issues. Increasing yourself esteem maybe good and all, but if you are an retard in conversations, then the likely hood of "confidence brah" working is low. Its the equivalent of being confident enough to drive a car, but not knowing how to drive; its a useless mindset.

I know that looks is the leading factor in attraction, but if you shut yourself off to people, approaching or not, you will drive people away.

Often when i see people with Aspergers, they say things and compose themselves in a way which is socially abnormal. It is like they have a lacking common sense of socialization values.

What would be the cure to something like this, without making someone a normie and sacrificing the core of someones personality?

Engaging in NT behaviours with an NT social group and being attractive pretty much cures Aspergers.

Problem with aspies they tend not to be attractive so can't break into and hold an NT social group .

It's why I never see attractive female aspie complaining unless she wants attention or show off her "disability" for attention.
